Renowned for a unique, but familiar ‘Australiana Bar-Room Folk’ sound which meanders through alt-country and blues, to bush ballads, and Celtic punk, the songs are filled with distinctly Australian yarns of country pubs, bush life, love, travelling adventures, and history.
The 2023 release, ‘The Great Divide’, is a 10 song album set for release this spring, featuring cameo appearances from Sarah Carroll, Kerryn Tolhurst, and Bruce Haymes, who compliment an already full and eclectic sound coming from the lineup of fiddle, banjo, double bass, acoustic guitar, percussion, harmonica, a little ukulele, and the four part harmonies.
“Mast Gully Fellers” were formed in 2014 in the Dandenong Ranges, in an area once known as ‘Mast Gully’, and have been are a regular on the festival scene including Newstead Live, National Celtic Festival, Bendigo Blues and Roots Festival, Healesville Music Festival.
