Join us for a free gentle Morning Yoga, a softer approach to dynamic yoga and wakes the body up in a refreshing way. While the poses still flow together, the nature of it is much slower in pace and gentle in practice. It is the in between of keeping active while still maintaining that peaceful and enjoyable experience with less strain for your mind and body.
Following gentle Morning Yoga, will be a Mindfulness session. This is a practice where an individual uses a technique like breath work to achieve a clear, calm and emotionally stable state of mind. Through guided breathing techniques, you will open up to a deeper level of self-awareness and unlock the potential for profound healing and growth.
